Settings

Option

Description

Hide positive status messages

When you activate this option, only error messages are displayed in the status line at the bottom of the window. Positive messages, such as "Your data have been stored" are not displayed.

Display in browser without frames

When you activate this option, the web browser does not display frames. This setting is useful if you work with a small monitor, because it is easier to scroll the page when you enable this option.

Lobby subject message link points to message (instead of the corresponding page)

When you click the subject line of a message in the lobby, you go directly to the page in the system where you can view details of the subject of the message or edit it.

For example, when you click the name of a message that informs you about the approval of a request, the approval details are displayed.

Activate this option if you want to display the message itself instead of the details of the subject of the message.

Show pictures in summaries

When you activate this option, product pictures are not displayed in the product search. The pictures are only displayed on the Product information page.

Use horizontal menus

When you activate this option, the menu is displayed above the work area instead of to the left of it.

Jump to last page visited on log- on

When you activate this option, the last page you visited is displayed when you log on to the system again.

Use simplified catalog browsing

When you activate this option, only the current product group and its contents are displayed when you browse the catalog (this only applies if you do not use the search function).

...rows in tables as default

In this list you can select the standard number of entries that should be displayed on each page of a list. You can change this number for individual lists in the lists themselves (see Working with lists).
