Master data

In this tab you can change your personal data, such as your name and date of birth, and change settings that affect how the system displays information, for example, whether the menus are displayed at the top or the left of the page.

Formats

In this tab you can change regional and address settings to suit your needs. For example, you can select which language, currency and number and date formats you want to see in the user interface. You can also specify which address information is displayed and in which order the address information is displayed.

Address

In this tab you can enter your personal delivery and contact addresses.

Info

In this tab you can view information that your administrator has entered in your user profile, such as the authorization sets assigned to you. Which information is displayed here depends on your user rights. Your user rights also determine which information you can change in this tab.

Accounting

In this tab you can view accounting information and control structures that have been assigned to you, such as cost centres and projects. Your user rights determine which information you can change in this tab.

Delegate

In this tab you can select a user to act as your deputy while you are absent and activate the deputy function.

Comment

In this tab you can add comments, attachments and Internet links to your profile.
