This page displays a list of all exported and imported archive files. See Archiving data for detailed information on archiving.
You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).
The following information is displayed:

Description |

Export date |
Light red: Date on which the data were exported from the productive system to the hard disk Dark red: The export is still running or ended in an error |
File |
Name of the archive file on the hard disk |
Age |
Age of the exported data, calculated on the basis of the export settings. For example, if you export data on 30.12.2006 and select the option older than 12 months in the scheduled task, the age of the data is 30.12.2005 |
Data records |
Number of data records that were archived. For example, one order corresponds to one data record. |
Import date |
Light green: Date on which the data were imported from the hard disk to the archive system Dark green: The import is still running or ended in an error |
Import |
You can manually import exported data into the archive system or you can re-import data that have already been imported (see Importing and exporting data) |
Importing and exporting data
Use the following buttons to import and export data.

Imports data from the hard disk to the archive system |
Import again |
This button is only displayed for data that have already been imported. With this button, you can import the data again. |
New export |
Exports data from the productive system into a new archive file on the hard disk. The scheduled task page is displayed, where you can select options for the export, for example, which transactions should be archived. |
New import |
Imports data from an archived file into the archive system. The imported data can be viewed in the productive system via the Archive menu. The scheduled task page is displayed, where you can select options for the import, for example, which file should be imported. |
