Scheduled tasks list

Page finder

This page displays a list of all scheduled tasks.

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The page is divided into the following tabs:

Description

Tasks

Displays all scheduled tasks regardless of their status

Failures

Displays only scheduled tasks that did not run properly due to errors

Statistics

Displays statistical information about all tasks

The following information is displayed:

Status

The icons in this column indicate the status of the task:

The task is currently running

The performance of the task has been postponed, i.e. the task would normally be running already but it has been blocked by another task (e.g. when both are database-critical tasks). The task will be performed as soon as the other one has finished.

If a serious error occurred in a task during the last run, the task will be stopped and displayed here.

Display

In the bottom field you will find a list of the most important information on the set tasks: Status, next and last run, the responsible user who will be informed in the case of errors, the name of the task and the suppliers allocated as parameters.

Click on the symbol to see detailed information on a task or change the definition. You will be transferred to the scheduled task dialogue box.

Click the New entry button to create a new task.

Status display

The status of the task can be checked by the colour of the symbol.

Standard tasks

Batch-Jobs
The task is performed once and disappears again from the overview list screen if no errors have occurred. If you look at Control center/ Admin/ Last run tasks you will see whether the batch job has been run.

Follow up tasks
s tart automatically after a correspondingly configured task has ended
