Budget contracts and quotas list

This page displays a list of all basic contracts that you are authorized to edit with information about the budget contracts and quotas that have been defined for the basic contracts. Budget contracts may be value based or quantity based and specify a fixed budget for a specific basic contract or specific products. The value or quantity specified in the budget contract may not be exceeded. Quotas determine the maximum permitted order value or quantity for a specific company.

The page is divided into the following tabs:

Tab	Description
Budget contracts and quotas	Displays only basic contracts for which at least one budget contract has been defined.
Empty value and amount contracts	Displays only basic contracts for which budget contracts have not yet been defined.

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The following information is displayed:

Column	Description
Details	displays details of the budget contract
Name	Name of the basic contract
Contract number	Number of the basic contract
Supplier	Name of the supplier
