Addresses list (company)

This page displays a list of all company addresses that you are authorized to view or edit. Company administrators who are assigned to a specific company can only edit the following addresses:

Addresses for which that company or one of its subsidiaries is defined as the owning company
Addresses for which no owning company has been defined and to which that company or its subsidiaries are assigned
Addresses for which no owning company has been defined and to which no companies have been assigned

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The page is divided into the following tabs:

Tab	Description
Overview	Displays all addresses that you are authorized to view or edit.
Related addresses	Displays only addresses to which any of the following are assigned: the company for which you are company administrator subsidiaries of the company for which you are company administrator the company to which you belong you personally You cannot create new addresses in this tab.
Owned addresses	Displays only addresses for which: no owning company has been defined and to which no companies have been assigned the company for which you are company administrator is defined as the owning company a subsidiary of the company for which you are company administrator is defined as the owning company

Description

Overview

Displays all addresses that you are authorized to view or edit.

Related addresses

Displays only addresses to which any of the following are assigned:

the company for which you are company administrator
subsidiaries of the company for which you are company administrator
the company to which you belong
you personally
You cannot create new addresses in this tab.

Owned addresses

Displays only addresses for which:

no owning company has been defined and to which no companies have been assigned
the company for which you are company administrator is defined as the owning company
a subsidiary of the company for which you are company administrator is defined as the owning company

The following information is displayed:

Column	Description
	These icons display the address details Addresses with the icon can be edited. Addresses with the icon can only be viewed or copied. Addresses with the icon have been deleted. You can reactivate a deleted address by clicking the icon and saving the address. Deleted addresses can only be viewed and reactivated by users with the authorization set Superuser.
Postal code	Post code entered in the address
City	Name of the city entered in the address
Street	Name of the street entered in the address
Details	Full details of the address. Which information is displayed here depends on the address settings in your user profile.
Address type	An activated check box for a specific address type indicates that this address attribute has been assigned to the address. To change the attributes for one or more addresses, activate or deactivate the appropriate check boxes and click the icon at the top of the page.
Company of address	The name of the owning company. Only company administrators who are assigned to the address company can edit the address.
Companies / user	Name of a company that is assigned to the address Name of a user that is assigned to the address Addresses may be assigned to any number of companies and users
