Oracle database update (scheduled task)

This task reorganises the Oracle database, recreates the indexes and re-analyses the database statistics in order to access the database faster.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
table space for Indexes	Optional, only specify if own table space available for indexes.
Number of days	The number of days of use after which the database should be reorganised automatically (0.1 to 30 days).
Percentage change	The percentage change in the database above which the database should be reorganised automatically (suggested: 5 – 50%).

Log activities

Writes the reorganisation log to the log file.

Recommended execution interval

Once every 1 to 4 weeks depending on the use of the systems, only if using an Oracle database.
