Sending messages

You can send messages to other users of the system. You can also send messages relating to a specific requisition note, purchase request or quantity request to the persons involved, for example, approver, purchaser and supplier.

Sending messages to other users

You can send messages in the lobby or in the messages list.

  1. In the lobby, click the New message button or in the messages list, click the New entry button.

    The Create new message page is displayed.

  2. Fill in the fields and click Send.

Sending messages to persons involved

  1. Select the menu item Status and click the Requisitions, Purchase requests or Quantity requests tab.
  2. Click in the check box next to a request to select it .
  3. Click the Message button.

    The Create new message page is displayed. The peopled involved in this order are are displayed.

  4. Click the appropriate check boxes to select the contacts to whom you want to send the message.
  5. Fill in fields and click Send.
