Create partial invoice - Details

In this dialogue box you can create a new partial invoice for an order. The quantity ordered, supplied and calculated will be shown. Calculated items are highlighted.

Note: No delivery data is superimposed as an quantity. The value displayed for the quantity ordered is 0. For items already calculated the quantities calculated will be displayed in the Quantity field.

Invoice

This field copies data from the unallocated order. Information on supplier, order number, invoice date, invoicing address and delivery address is filled in automatically.

Invoice items

The individual items on the order are listed in table form in this field. You have the option of changing the quantity, the unit price and the tax for individual items.

Creating partial invoices

Enter the transaction number.
In order to create a partial invoice, select at least one item.
Click on the Update button to adjust the net and gross prices accordingly.

Apply the changes with the Save button. The invoice is classified as Allocated.
