You can enter and maintain currency rates in this dialogue box.
Detailed data on the imported conversion rates is shown here. For each rate, you need a date for when it was imported (rate date) and a date from when the system should use it, as well as the conversion factor to a base currency (generally EURO) as a reference point. The import is performed by the "Importing currency rates" scheduled task.

Currency |
Unique currency code. This is normally an official currency code , e.g. DEM for Deutsche Mark. |
Reference currency |
Reference currency for the conversion rate, e.g. EUR for euros. |
Conversion rate |
Rate at which the current currency is converted to the reference currency, e.g. 1.95583 for DEM. |
Valid from |
Date from which the currency rate is used by the system. |
Initialisation date |
Rate date, input date or import date for new currency rates. |
