Currency rates list

This page displays a list of all currencies that have been defined in the system.

You can set exchange rates in the Exchange rate dialogue box or, using the Import exchange rates scheduled task, to import current exchange rates from different service providers on the Internet in order to work with current exchange rates and not a fixed conversion factor.

You can search for entries in the list and change the way in which the list is displayed.

• The bottom field lists the most important information on registered currencies: This includes the reference currency, conversion rates, the date from which the currency is used in the system and the initialisation date is the date on which the currency was set, i.e. was imported.

You have the following options for editing:

	Click on this symbol if you wish to create a new currency. You will be transferred to the Exchange rate dialogue box.
	Click on this symbol to view detailed information on the currency or to change or delete it. You will be transferred to the Exchange rate dialogue box.
