Creating a new template

If you often order the same products, you can fill a basket with these products and save the basket as a template. When you want to order the products, you do not have to select them in the catalog again. You simply open the template and add the contents to the active basket with a single mouse click.

If you have sufficient rights, you can create company templates that can be used by all users within a specific company or system templates that can be used by all users of the system.

Creating a user template

1. Fill a basket with the products that the template should contain (see Filling baskets).
2. In the basket, click the Save as template button.

The template is displayed in the templates list. The template is created as a user template and is indicated by the icon .

Creating a company or system template

1. Create a user template.

   The template is displayed in the templates list.

2. Click the icon next to the template to open it.
3. In the selection list Template type, select the type of template, for example, Company template.
4. Click the Users and companies tab and assign companies or users to the template (see Assigning companies and users to templates).
5. Click the Scheduling template and enter a validity period or select a scheduling interval for the template (see Scheduling templates/quantity requests for use).
6. Click Save.

After you have assigned companies and users to the template, the template is immediately available to all assigned users. If you have selected a scheduling interval for the template, users are reminded about the template via a message in the lobby at the specified interval.
