Sorting baskets

You can sort the display of items in a basket, template or quantity request by the columns Pos., Article no., Article and Supplier.

Sorting by a specific column

Click the column heading that you want to sort by. Click the column heading again to change the sort order from ascending to descending.

Sorted columns are indicated by the following icons:

	Sorted in ascending order (A-Z, 1-10)
	Sorted in descending order (Z-A, 10-1)

Sorting by several columns

You can sort by several columns, for example, first by supplier and then by article number or product name. The order in which you click the column headings determines the order in which the items are sorted.

For example, if you first click the column heading Supplier and then the column heading Article, the items are sorted by supplier and within each supplier by article name.

Removing the sort order

There are two ways to remove the sort order:

• Click the icon . All sort orders are removed.
• Click repeatedly on a column heading until no icon is displayed next to the column heading. The sort order is removed for this column only.

Sorting by supplier

Sorting by supplier always takes precedence over other sort orders and results in a change in the display:

• The basket items are sorted by supplier and basic contract.
• Subtotals are displayed for each supplier and basic contract.
