On this page you can register in the Impact Ordering system.

The page is divided into the following tabs:

Tab

Description

Company

In this tab you select the company for which you want to request the Impact Ordering access rights.

User data

In this tab you enter your personal data as well as a user name and a password.

Address

In this tab you enter your address data.

Click the Next button to edit the next tab.

Company

Enter the name of the company or select an existing company.

If you select an existing company and carbon copy users have been created for this company, you can also select a carbon copy user. You then automatically receive the settings and rights defined for the carbon copy user and you only have to adjust or fill in your personal data.

Personal data

Description

Title

Your academic or other title, such as Dr. or Professor

Last name

Your last name.

Address

Form of address, e.g. Mr. or. Mrs.

Initials

The first letters of your forenames.

First name

Your first name.

Date of birth

Your date of birth. Click the cal_bbg icon to select a date in the calender.

Log-on information

Field

Description

User name

Your current user name. You log on with this name.

New password

Enter a new password in this field.

Repeat new password

Repeat your new password in this field.

Regional settings

Field

Description

Country

Country in which you use the system.

Number formats

Format in which the numbers are displayed, for example prices and dates.

Region (taxation)

Country or region in which the taxes on products or services are payed.

Language

User interface language.

Currency

Currency in which prices and budgets are displayed (for example in catalogs, baskets, etc.)

Time zone

Time zone of your location, e.g. CET (Central European Time).

Addresses

Location

Enter the address data in the input fields.

ILN: International location numbers (or global locator numbers) are allocated by the international EAN (European Article number) community and are used to uniquely identify addresses. If the appropriate form is used, they can be transmitted to the supplier with an order. They can also be used when importing xCBL invoices.

Numbers

Enter the telephone, fax and mobile phone numbers.

Internet

  • Enter the e-mail address. If you have selected the necessary settings in your lobby (see Changing settings for messages), system messages will also be sent to this address.
  • WWW: Enter the address of an Internet web site
  • Activate the option Additional fields to enter additional e-mail and Internet addresses.
