Name

Unique name for the region.

Code

Unique code for the region. Normally this is an official country code, e.g. DE for Germany.

Country

Select the country to which the region belongs. You have already created the country under Countries.

Super region

Select a region that is higher than the newly created region. For example, for the Berlin region the super region could be Germany.
