Catalog replacement - Details

Page finder

On this page you can replace an existing catalog with one or more new catalogs. The assignment of the basic contract is automatically transferred from the old catalog to the new catalogs.

Tip: This page is also useful for cross-company editing of catalog assignments to companies and/or users.

The page is divided into the following tabs. Click the Back and Next buttons to move between the tabs.

Mode

The catalog data is changed in the user or company profile depending on these settings.

Option

Description

Relations from Catalogs to Users

Users who have been assigned the catalogs directly in their user profile are selected.

Relations from Catalogs to Companies

This refers to all company users who use the catalog as a result of the company assignment

Companies

Option

Description

All buying companies in the system

Select this option if the replacement should apply for all buying companies in the system

These companies

Select this option if the replacement should only apply to specific companies. Select the companies in the list, using the CTRL and SHIFT keys to select several companies.

And their sub- companies

Activate this option if the replacement should apply to the selected companies and their subsidiaries.

Catalogs

In the Available catalogs list, select the catalogs that you want to replace and click the icon above the Catalogs to replace list.

In the Available catalogs list, select the catalogs that should replace the catalogs listed in the Catalogs to replace list and click the icon above the will be replaced with list.

Click the icon to remove an item from the lists.

Replace

This tab displays a summary of the settings that you selected. Check the details and click Save to confirm the catalog replacement.
