Catalog import - Choose catalogs tab

On this tab, you can specify the folder in which the catalogs are stored and select the catalogs that are to be imported.

In the Working folder field, check the path and name of the folder in which the catalogs that are to be imported are stored and correct it if necessary, then click the Display results button. All catalogs stored in the ToDo sub-folder of the working folder are displayed.

The following information is displayed:

Column	Description
File name Supplier	Name of import file and name of the supplier
Catalog type Catalog	Format and name of the catalog. Only catalogs in the BMEcat format or Healy Hudson’s proprietary XML format can be imported.
Transaction type	Name of the transaction type. The transaction type is specified in the file that is to be imported. Activate the check box for each catalog that you want to import and click the Next button.

Activate the check box for each catalog that you want to import and click the Next button.
